1. Ticket Purchase
All tickets are sold via our official ticketing platform.
Tickets are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. No Refunds or Exchanges
All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, inability to attend, weather conditions, or scheduling changes.
3. Event Changes or Cancellation
The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, kick-off time, or program.
In the event of cancellation or abandonment, any refund or credit will be at the organiser’s discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
4. Entry & Admission
Tickets must be presented (printed or digital) upon entry.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any patron who engages in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.
Re-entry may not be permitted once you leave the venue.
5. Venue Conditions
This event is held at Davies Park and is subject to venue rules and conditions of entry.
Patrons must follow instructions from event staff, security, and venue officials at all times.
6. Weather
This is an outdoor event and will proceed in most weather conditions.
No refunds will be issued due to weather unless the event is cancelled entirely.
7. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk.
The organiser is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
To the extent permitted by law, the organiser excludes liability for personal injury or loss sustained at the event.
8. Photography & Media
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed.
Images or footage may be used for promotional, marketing, or media purposes without compensation.
9. Prohibited Items
The organiser reserves the right to prohibit items that may pose a safety risk or disrupt the event.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
